Founded in 1996, in Atlanta's Southside. One of the Hoagie Shack's goals was to bring the classic Philly cheesesteak to the South. They did and continue to rewrite the rules and create mouthwatering options like the El Choppo Pulled Pork; the Plant-Based option Veggie Good, Beef Brisket, and Uncle Salmon. The culinary mind of Roberto Huff and his wife have teamed up to revolutionize the idea of eating a mundane sandwich to create an unforgettable taste experience by utilizing the use of unexpected spices, seasonings, and ingredients. Taking pride in their ability to discover the most unique flavors and infuse those flavors into their food; creating some of the best hoagies and cheesesteaks.
